Hi, I’m Cristina.

Onboarding Manager. Environmental Engineer. Travel Enthusiast.

What I Do

I’m an Onboarding Manager at ENFOS, where I help customers across energy, manufacturing, and logistics sectors maximize their environmental obligation management software through seamless onboarding and ongoing support. My work blends project management, technical implementation, training, and customer success.

How I Got Here

Growing up in Colorado, I developed a deep love for the outdoors. The simplicity and tranquility of being immersed in nature sparked my passion for preserving the environment. That, combined with a natural aptitude for math and science, led me to a degree in Environmental Engineering at CU Boulder, with certificates in Renewable and Sustainable Energy and Engineering Management. My enthusiasm for learning led me to engage in research programs, apprenticeships, and internships, ultimately earning the Active Learning Award, which recognized excellence in discovery, service, and professional development.

I started my career in environmental consulting, where I gained invaluable experience in environmental site assessment and remediation. I learned the technical side (groundwater and soil sampling, regulatory compliance, asset retirement obligations) while building project management skills across many concurrent client engagements. That work taught me how to connect with people from different backgrounds and adapt to whatever a project needed.

In 2021 I moved into SaaS, joining ENFOS to help the same kinds of companies I used to consult for get value out of their environmental software. Along the way I earned an MBA from the University of Central Florida and my Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.

Outside of Work

I’m driven by a love for travel and an eagerness to explore the world. I love learning new languages, experiencing different cultures, and embracing the values and traditions that make each place unique. Traveling has been part of my life since childhood.

If I’m not working or traveling, I’ll likely be reading a book or spending time outside. You’ll usually find me on a trail, underwater somewhere remote, or hanging out with family, friends, and a dog or two. See my Interests page for all my adventures.
